In addition to 60-minute coaching sessions, we also offer 30-minute coaching sessions. The 30-minute sessions are designed to help those that are just beginning and severely deconditioned, those who are crunched for time and want to squeeze in great workouts, or those that just want to get a jumpstart on their fitness and want to combine the benefits of having a personal coach along with doing other training classes.
