  • 12:00-1:00 p.m. – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Tuesday/Thursday
  • 7:00-8:00 a.m. – Saturday
  • 8:15-9:15 a.m. – Saturday

Muscle Pump

  • 5:30-6:30 a.m. – Tuesday/Thursday
  • 8:30-9:30 a.m. – Tuesday/Thursday

Rookies ( 7-11 years old) 

  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. – Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday
  • 6:00-7:00 p.m. – Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

Developmental ( 12-15 years old)

  • 10:30-11:30 a.m. – Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday
  • 4:30-5:30 p.m. – Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

High School ( 15-18 years old)

  • 9:30-10:45 a.m. – Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
  • 3:30-4:45 p.m. – Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
  • 11:30-12:45 p.m. – Saturday

College

  • 8:00- 9:30 a.m. – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
