  • 5:30-6:30 a.m. – Monday-Friday
  • 9:00-10:00 a.m. – Monday-Friday
  • 12:30-1:30 p.m. – Monday-Friday
  • 6:00-7:00 p.m. – Monday-Thursday
  • 7:00-8:00 a.m. – Saturday
  • 8:15-9:15 a.m. – Saturday

Rookies ( 7-11 years old) 

  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. – Monday-Saturday
  • 5:00-6:00 p.m. – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • 6:00-7:00 p.m. – Tuesday/Thursday

Developmental ( 12-15 years old)

  • 10:30-11:30 a.m. – Monday-Saturday
  • 4:00-5:00 p.m. – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • 5:00-6:00 p.m. – Tuesday/Thursday
  • 7:00-8:00 p.m. – Tuesday/Thursday

High School ( 15-18 years old)

  • 11:30-12:45 p.m. – Monday-Saturday
  • 3:00-4:15 p.m. – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • 4:00-5:15 p.m. – Tuesday/Thursday
  • 7:00-8:15 p.m. – Tuesday/Thursday

College

  • 8:00-9:30 a.m. – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
