Adult Training

  • 5:30-6:30 AM – Monday-Friday
  • 6:30-7:30 AM – Tuesday/Thursday
  • 8:30-9:30 AM – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • 9:30-10:30AM – Tuesday/Thursday
  • 12-1 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 5:30-6:30 PM – Monday-Thursday
  • 6:30-7:30 PM – Monday-Thursday
  • 7:00-8:00 AM – Saturday
  • 8:15-9:15 AM – Saturday

Rookies ( 7-11 years old) 

  • 5:30-6:30 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 6:30-7:30 PM – Monday-Thursday
  • 9:30-10:30 AM – Saturday

Developmental ( 12-15 years old)

  • 4:30-5:30 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 7:30-8:30 PM – Monday-Thursday
  • 10:30-11:30 AM – Saturday

High School (15-18 years old)

  • 3:30-4:45 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 7:30-8:45 PM – Monday-Thursday
  • 11:30-12:45 PM – Saturday

Softball Training

  • Ages 7-11, 7:30-8:30 PM – Tuesday/Thursday
  • Ages 12-18, 8:30-9:30 PM – Tuesday/Thursday
