Due to school closures, we are implementing our Spring Break Schedule starting Monday, March 16th.

Speed School (High School)

  • 10:30AM-12:00PM – Monday/Wednesday

Adult Training

  • 5:30-6:30 AM – Monday-Friday
  • 9:00-10:00 AM – Monday-Friday
  • 12-1 PM – Monday/ Wednesday/Friday
  • 6:00-7:00 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 8:00-9:00 AM – Saturday

Rookies (7-11 years old)

  • 11:30-12:30 AM – Monday-Friday
  • 5:00-6:00 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 10:00-11:00 AM – Saturday

Developmental (12-15 years old)

  • 10:30-11:30 AM – Monday-Friday
  • 4:00-5:00 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 11:00AM-12:00PM  – Saturday

High School (15-18 years old)

  • 9:30-10:45 AM – Monday-Friday
  • 3:00-4:15 PM – Monday-Friday
  • 12:00-1:15 PM – Saturday

College

  • 8:00-9:30 AM – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
