Speed School (High School)

  • High School:  Mondays & Wednesdays (May 23rd – June 20th) – 4:00pm – 5:15pm the first week, then 10:30am – 12:00pm starting May 31st
  • Middle School:  Tuesdays & Thursdays (May 24th – June 16th) – 4:00pm – 5:15pm the first week, then 10:30am – 11:45pm starting June 1st

Adult Training

  • 7:00 – 8:​00am (Tuesday/Thursday)
  • 8:30am – 9:30am (Monday thru Friday)
  • 12noon – 12:30(Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
  • 6pm-6:30pm (Monday thru Thursday)
  • 8:00am – 9:00am (Saturday)

Rookies (7-11 years old)

  • 9:30am – 10:30am (Monday/Wednesday/ Friday)
  • 5:00pm – 6:00pm (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
  • 9:30am – 10:30am (Saturday)

Developmental (12-15 years old)

  • 9:30am – 10:30pm (Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday)
  • 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday)
  • 10:00am – 11:00am (Saturday)

High School (15-18 years old)

  • 12:30pm – 1:45pm (Monday thru Friday)
  • 3:00pm – 4:00pm (Monday thru Friday)
  • 11:30am – 12:45pm (Saturday)

Middle School Football Training (6th-8th)

  • 10:30am-11:30am (Tuesday/Thursday)
  • 4:00-5:00pm (Tuesday-Thursday)

Youth Football Training (3rd-5th grade)

  • 9:30am – 10:30am (Tuesday/Thursday)
  • 5:00pm – 6:00pm (Tuesday/Thursday)
