Rookies: (7-11 years old)

  • 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM Monday/Wednesday/ Friday
  • 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Monday – Thursday
  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Saturday

Developmental: (12-15 years old)

  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 PM Monday/ Wednesday/Friday
  • 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM Monday – Thursday
  • 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Tuesday/Thursday
  • 10:00 AM -11:00 AM Saturday

High School: (15-18 years old)

  • 11:30AM – 12:45 PM Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • 3:30 PM – 4 :45 PM Monday – Thursday
  • 6:30pm-7:45PM Tuesday/Thursday
  • 11:00 AM- 12:15 PM Saturday

College

  • 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Adult Classes

  • 6:30AM – 7:30 AM Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • 7:00 – 7:30 AM Tuesday/Thursday
