Youth

CTSP’s high school and youth sports performance training programs utilizes the same methodology and intensity used with our professional athletes to support and prepare high school and youth athletes. As an industry leader in sports performance training, we prepare athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.

Training also includes nutrition and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance. Athletes work in small groups (8-10 max) with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.


Rookies (7-11)

CTSP Rookies classes include training in all of the following:

  • Speed Development – running mechanics
  • Coordination
  • Athleticism
  • Strength
  • 1st Step Quickness
  • Injury Prevention
  • Self-Confidence


Developmental (12-15)

CTSP Developmental classes include training in all of the following:

  • Speed Development – acceleration
  • Plyometrics – explosive training
  • Functional Strength
  • Joint Integrity
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Core Stability
  • Injury Prevention


High School (15-18)

CTSP High School classes include training in all of the following:

  • Speed – game ready speed
  • Power – Strength training, plyometrics and medicine ball training
  • Conditioning – Proper conditioning to improve work capacity
  • Flexibility –  Joint integrity and muscle strength and durability
