CTSP Adult Group Fitness Training classes are results driven and are designed to increase your fitness level as well as improve metabolism, body composition, and mindset. All classes are 60 minutes long and no two sessions are alike.
Whatever your age or fitness level, you will find a fun, fast-paced, and empowering training session compared to a traditional gym-based workout. Our Adult Programs are broken down into four dynamic class types for active adults looking for a challenging training program.
